Esthetician
Performs professional facial and waxing services in a safe and professional manner and in accordance with ReŃul Lounge & Spa protocol and Utah Division of Professional Licensing requirements. Provide uncompromised attention to guest/member service. Must own a thorough knowledge of the skin, have excellent facial massage and extraction techniques, own excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in ReŃul Lounge & Spa specific menu of spa treatments. Must own excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide skincare programs personalized to each of our guests. Must hold and keep a current Utah state license.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Performs facials and waxing services on guests using safe and professional techniques and in a safe, comfortable, and hygienic manner. Always ensuring clients comfort and discreet draping. Uphold all standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by Utah Division of Professional Licensing requirements.
• Maintains an ample inventory of all products in treatment room necessary to perform all facials and waxing services
• Sanitize and clean working area after every service. Sanitize and clean working area at the end of the shift and prepare the room for next day or the next shift.
• Arrive on time for schedules shifts, greet guests promptly for their service, and perform the treatment within the appropriate time allotted for the service

Possess a thorough knowledge of all professional products used including ingredients and contraindications. Actively promote spa and fitness offerings and retail products for homecare to guests.
• Properly care for equipment and report any maintenance concerns. Use the proper amount of product per the treatment protocol to assist with cost controls.

• Minimum 2 years supervising and administrating massage/body treatment services in a luxury resort or spa setting preferred.

We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Spa Concierge to join our team! The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for helping others feel relaxed and rejuvenated. As a Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting guests, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and providing general support to the spa staff. You will also have the opportunity to promote and sell spa products and services to guests, so a background in sales is a plus. This individual will keep the day-to-day operations of the spa facility to ensure a smooth, five-star performance while exceeding every guest’s expectation all while keeping a positive working environment.
Responsibilities:
• Accountable for all public area operations locker room area.
• Create and keep a professional, safe, nurturing and healing environment where the experience at the ReŃul Lounge & Spa lends itself to making a difference in our guest’s lives.
• Provide personal attention to the guests/members to ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and keep effective guest relations.
• Prepare locker room and whirlpool equipment and supplies daily
• Replenish guest amenities and towels as necessary to include wellness table snacks, lounge area and locker room, keeping area immaculate.
• Perform daily general cleaning and minor maintenance tasks in the facility.

• Take ownership of any guest or staff related problem and handle accordingly.
• Assure a clean, crisp and sanitary spa.
• Work cooperatively and professionally with all departments.
• Comply with all ReŃul Lounge & Spa safety and health policies and procedures.
• Attend regular department meetings as directed by the Spa Director or Spa Manager.
• Conduct tours of the facility.
• Keep management informed with all guests, staff, and program issues
• Other duties as assigned by Spa Director or Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager to include special projects and/or basic maintenance of the facilities
Qualifications
• Must be professional, service oriented, accurate, gentle and work with attention to detail, striving to exceed the expectations of every guest every time.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, POS Square and Basic computer skills, including experience with booking and scheduling software
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or spa industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Sales experience is a plus
